Live cargo and cut-off windows get priority. For general enquiries we aim to acknowledge within one business day; include booking or container refs when you have them.

What should I put in the first message?

Lane (import/export), commodity or SKU class, Incoterms if known, destination port or door, target dates, and any compliance flags (cold chain, dual-use, sanctions). The more concrete, the faster routing.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We can work under mutual NDA before sharing supplier names, pricing bands, or lane playbooks. Say so in the subject line.

Is this form for commercial quotes only?

No. Use it for ops issues, document corrections, escalation, or new lane briefs. If it is urgent, say “urgent” and the cut-off time in the subject.
